Shipping and returns

At Garibaldi we strive every day to offer all our customers a satisfactory shopping experience. For this reason we have several shipping methods to choose the one that best suits your needs and we also faithfully follow a policy of changes and returns, so that we can help you in the in the event that an error occurs in a shipment or that a product is defective.

Place of delivery

Collection at the GARIBALDI warehouse

If you prefer, you can come pick up your order at our store at Calle Sicilia, 174, 176 Bajos - 08013 Barcelona (Barcelona).

Express delivery service (only for Barcelona city)

For urgent deliveries within the city of Barcelona, GARIBALDI offers an express delivery service. (maximum 2 hours)

Delivery to your home or place of work

GARIBALDI undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user.

To optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the User must be an address where delivery can be made within normal business hours.

Delivery term

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next first business day.
If the purchase is made before 3:00 p.m. on working days (excluding holidays*), we usually ship the order the same day.

*Orders received during the holiday break (second and third week of August), will be processed during the fourth week of August.

GARIBALDI does not deliver Products on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional and local holidays.

GARIBALDI will inform the User, by sending an email to their email address, of the date of departure from the GARIBALDI warehouses of the corresponding order and the contact details of the transport company that will make the delivery.

For shipments within the European Union, he estimated delivery time is two to three working days from the date of confirmation of payment, over maximum of five working days.

Return due to right of withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

To carry out the withdrawal, the customer must fill out and sign the document that can be downloaded from this link.

The complete document must be sent to the following email address: support@garibaldi.es.

Once you receive our response email, in which we accept the return, you must send the products to the following address:

If you choose to use a carrier or any shipping company for the return, the costs will always be the responsibility of the customer, who will also be responsible for the product until it is delivered to our warehouses.

The refund of the price will be made once we have received the item in our warehouses and verified the adequacy of it and that there is no damage to either the item or its packaging.

Return for size exchange

In the case of a return for a size exchange, this must be done within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

To proceed with the size exchange, the customer must send an email to support@garibaldi.es indicating the order number and the item for which the size exchange is requested, as well as the size of the item they wish to receive in exchange.

Once you receive our response email, where we accept the size exchange, you must send us the product(s) to the following address:

To benefit from a size exchange without incurring the transportation costs for the return and the new shipment, the purchased item must have a price equal to or greater than €79.95. This offer will not be valid for shipments from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as from any other country outside Spain; in these locations, the customer must ALWAYS assume the transportation costs.

In both cases, the customer will be responsible for the product until it is delivered to our warehouses.

The new product will be sent to the customer once we have received the original item in our warehouses and verified the adequacy of it and that there is no damage to either the item or its packaging.

Only one return for a size exchange will be accepted.

Return for defective products or errors in delivered items

In the case of a return due to defective products or errors in delivered items, this must be done within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

Under these circumstances, the user will be entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs, and return costs for defective products or items delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by the user, in accordance with applicable legislation.

To proceed with the return, the customer must send an email to support@garibaldi.es indicating the order number and the item for which the return is requested, along with the reason for it.

Once you receive our response email, where we accept the return, you must send us the product(s) to the following address:

The new product will be sent to the customer once we have received the item in our warehouses and verified that the problem indicated by the customer in the initial email is valid. If we do not have the same item at the time of the return, a refund of the money for that item will be processed.
